Recently I had the absolute pleasure of chatting with friend and fellow copywriter, Emma McMillan, about my writing life on her Not Just About Copy podcast.
We shot the breeze about the highs and lows of publishing, juggling life and the need to be creative, and why the hell working at a school provides such great comedic material for works in progress.
As well as all this, we discussed the thorn in every creative’s side — imposter syndrome! You know what I’m talking about. That creeping sense your friends, family, colleagues, the world and universe will shortly discover you really have no idea what you’re talking about? The feeling that, despite evidence to the contrary, you’re actually a BIG fraud!
